If I didn’t already carry this card, I’d sign up

Miles ( or check out the comments for a referral) can hook you up with 100k + a free night after your first anniversary! I picked this card up last year through a similar 100k offer, and just paid the annual fee for the second year. Not only do you get Hilton Gold for just having the card, you can earn up to 80k points a year referring your friends and family to it. There is an increased 25k referral bonus that ends today and it will get new cardmembers 100k after $3k min spend in 3 months + a free weekend night after your first anniversary. This is a great deal.

Perks and bennies? Here are the broad strokes Amex Hilton Surpass 100k is back! Ends 7/26

If you have the card and want to refer people, you’ll earn 25k points through the end of the day – feel free to put your referrals in the comments.

This is the main reason I’m keeping the card as I get Hilton Gold with my Amex Platinum. The referral bonus fluctuates throughout the year – you can see an earlier referral below. If you

Amex Hilton Surpass 100k is back! Ends 7/26

Within the first 13 months of card membership you could earn 180k+ Hilton Honors and a Free Weekend Night certificate.

  • 100k after $3k in purchases
  • 80k from referrals
  • Free Weekend night after first anniversary.

That will put you well on your way to staying in wonderful hotels like the Conrad Bali. I stayed there as part of my mom’s surprise birthday trip around the world.

The card gives you automatic gold status. Why is this so cool with award redemptions?

Gold gives you a 5th night free when redeeming points. It’s calculated by the average number of points redeemed during your stay. Meaning, if the price in points changes throughout your stay, you’ll get the 1/5 the average of the 5 nights refunded.  In the example above, the Conrad Bali,  I’ve seen nights drop as low as 29k points per night. That means, if you were to go there with the points that you earned from this card sign up, you’d only spend 116k points.

Do it after you account anniversary and refer just one person ( like your spouse, partner, or friend ) and you could spend a fantastic week at the Conrad Bali. Now that is a dope trip that you should mark off your bucket list.
