ACT FAST! Great AA Business Class award space to Japan in July/August

American Airlines is known for having absolutely RIDICULOUSLY BAD award space on their own metal. A great way to get to Asia is via Tokyo…In fact, I’ve been itching to get back ever since I routed through Tokyo after a Big Safari trip in 2015. I spent a couple nights in Tokyo and loved it: The world’s best sushi at Sukiyabashi Jiro, getting crazy at Robot Bar, or just walking the streets and marveling at the architecture and eating street food. Tokyo is DOPE! This is a GREAT WAY TO SEE TOKYO for a great price…just 60k AA each way. The thing is…YOU HAD BETTER ACT FAST! This Great AA Business Class award space to Japan in July/August won’t last long.

Here’s a look at July/August from LAX to HND/NRT

7 Seats!!! What?!

And then DFW to NRT

Both routes are serviced by the retrofit 777-200 a completely lie-flat, reverse herringbone product made by Zodiac.

I had a great experience on this product, others have complained that the seat kinda rocks, but that wasn’t my experience and I thought it was a great way to fly long haul. The cabin shows a 1-2-1 layout which means you’ll have a newer product.

I stayed at the Ritz Carlton Tokyo. It WAS OUTSTANDINGLY LUXURIOUS

I also was really fortunate to eat at the World’s Best Sushi Restaurant. You know…the one that the Netflix Documentary was made about: Jiro Dreams of Sushi

Don’t have enough AA Miles? AA is currently having a sale. Or you could use Alaska Air miles…just 50k! They’re having a big sale on purchased miles – a 50% bonus!!! You could buy miles and redeem for the flight for under $1000. BYAH!!!
