Super Easy for anyone with an Amex Plat

Earlier this year I made use of National Emerald Executive status when I flew to Denver for a BoardingArea conference. I rented a midsize car, and selected whatever I wanted from the Emerald aisle. I ended up in an Audi Q5. Not a bad deal. Now…thanks to a post I read over on AYP, I’ll have even better options to choose from shortly. Anything in the Executive Elite aisle. WAYO! Check out the National Car Rental Top Tier Status Match offer.

American Muscle anyone?

Go here and fill out the following:

I used my American Airlines Executive Platinum status to match, but according to AYP you can use SPG Gold/Marriott Gold to match as well. Which is great because that’s an easy status to attain via an Amex Platinum.

What does Emerald Club Executive Elite get you?

The biggest benefit is selecting any car you want from the Executive aisles ( vs Emerald with Amex Plat) at airports whenever you book a midsize car. That’s pretty awesome. In addition you earn a free rental after every 5 rentals, 24 hour guarantee

There’s no such thing as an executive elite aisle. You have the same car selection options as regular executive status.

It does give you better emerald reserve options when booking a free day.

Brian – Snuck that Elite in there, thanks for the catch
