You can find the entire directory here. One property that looks uber cool on the historic California Highway 1 is the Cambria Beach House. It’s very close to San Simeon where the Hearst Mansion is located, and would be a great spot to stay if you’re taking that iconic drive up the California coast. Keep in mind that pricing is dynamic, but I found a ton of dates under 40k in off-peak or shoulder season. Oct – March where the weather is still super nice, but it’s away from peak beach season. Personally, this is my favorite time to travel when crowds are less and typically you still get great sightseeing/hike/touristy weather. High 50s to 70s/80s

I looked at a bunch of dates between Oct 2021 and March 2022 and loads below 40k – keep in mind you wouldn’t get the free night for 2 to 6 weeks ( although it may populate quicker ).
I stayed at the Intercontinental Times Square a few years back…it’s sub 40k on V-Day as well
The hotel is ideally located for taking in Broadway shows and hopping on the subway

Historically 80k is a very, very good offer and hit in both 2022 and 2023. In 2021, we saw the offer hit an all time high of 100k. Who knows if that will ever come back.
