After numerous outlets reported earlier that Singapore Airlines would be flying the route:

Singapore Airlines has announced the date it will commence non-stop service to San Francisco: October 23, 2016

This is extremely exciting news. In fact, I’m going to do my best to get on this inaugural flight!!! Here’s a look at the prices

Are you gonna get on the 1st flight?

Maybe I’ll see ya there!

Update: if you look further into that week you can see waitlisted Inventory in Saver

I also checked every single day that week and it looks to be a daily service. Looking deeper into the schedule it remained unclear to me if this was going to continue to be daily or if it’ll only be several times a week. Could be that the space just hasn’t loaded yet, but I’m not seeing daily service around the holidays.

Don’t forget that there are multiple ways you can boost your Singapore Airlines balance:

  1. Chase Ultimate Rewards
  2. Citi Thank You
  3. American Express Membership Rewards
  4. Starwood Starpoints: 20k:25k
    • that means this flight would only cost you 60k SPG!!!!
