How long did it take to receive my 20k AA miles from the Sprint promotion?
I switched from Verizon to Sprint at the end of last year. I’d moved into a new place and was dropping calls left and right. When Sprint and AA ran a promotion ( still ongoing btw) to earn 20k AA miles to switch – I took the bait. My thinking was: There’s no contract, my phone’s unlocked, and I can always go back to Verizon if I don’t like it. I also wanted to try out their global roaming package ( which I used in Taiwan and Cambodia ) and ended up switching on December 26th and have been checking regularly to see if my bonus had been credited. So how long did it take to receive my 20k AA miles from the Sprint promotion?
36 days
I signed up on December 26th
Received my bonus on January 30th
I was expecting another month before I’d see my miles.
In case you’re wondering…the promotion has been extended.
Anyone else make use of this promo or plan to? So far, I’m pretty happy with the switch!
