Sprint’s AA promotion has lured me over with 25k miles
I’ve had Verizon for a long time. But you know what?? My contract is up, I’m dropping more and more calls, and Miles and I are just suckers for POINTS! I’ve been chewing around on switching over for quite some time. I wrote about the Sprint deal currently being offered a while back, and well, it’s time to make the switch!!! Sprint’s AA promotion has lured me over with 25k miles.
Earn up to 25k AA miles when you activate a new Sprint Account
Those were the words that caught my attention. They’ve been clinging around in the ole’ noggin ever since I read them. I will pull the trigger later this week.
Here’s the break down – the points are tiered.
Since I’m a Verizon customer currently I will be opening a new Sprint account. This makes me eligible. As long as I keep my Spring account in good standing I’ll earn a monthly bonus as well.
I’ll earn 417 miles per month with an open account.
Over the course of a year this will total 25k miles.
If you’re interested in reading more of the terms and conditions…
On top of all these AA miles, I will also cut my bill down and increase my data limit.
This is what I’m talking about! I haven’t made my mind up as to whether I want to use my current iPhone 6 or try out the lease program they have. I could essentially get unlimited data, a new iPhone 7plus, and pay what I’m currently paying with Verizon. An even bigger bonus for me is that I can see how the service compares and if I don’t like it…switch back after a few months, keep my miles ( as it states I only have to keep the account for 30 days) and use my iPhone 6. Now, I’m planning on staying with Sprint if the service is as good because the deal is so much better, but having that option and no contract is quite nice.
