I’ve been making use of the 24 hour hold on tickets for quite a while now. Especially if you see a “too good to be true” fare, it just makes the most sense to go ahead and put it on hold. For award tickets it’s up to 5 days for the price of…..FREE!
Well now, I was just perusing flights….yes this is a late night habit of mine – HEY, I’M A GEEK what do you expect?!?! – and I came upon this little dandy of an option:
Anyways…thought it would be a good option for people to consider. $12 for a week hold? Not too shabby at all. This, however, is on a one way ticket for $128. Not sure if it is a sliding scale fee based on ticket price, but nonetheless, it was a great deal for me. The next cheapest ticket is 80 bucks more.
