File this under, whaddyaknow!?!? Stephen Pepper, over at Frequent Miler, just dropped a gem of a tip that I had no idea was even possible. Apparently, some Amex agents, via chat or phoning in, are able to move an Amex Offer that hits one of your cards, but not another. I’ve often been targeted for Dell Amex Offers on a card that isn’t my Amex Biz Plat and would MUCH rather have it on that card since it comes with a $200 semi-annual Dell credit. It seems like that may be possible now…I’ll let you know ( I’ll likely try and switch it in 2024 when my credits refresh ).
Apparently this is a possible.
One of the FM readers reported that they were able to successfully move an Expedia offer from one card onto another card. How about that?! I think this is probably hit or miss, and completely dependent on the skill and/or will of the agent you’re working with, but the fact it’s even possible is news to me, and hopefully helpful to you!
