There has been a lot of media attention surrounding the Crown Prince of Saudi Arabia. First, we heard of the corruption lock down where quite a few billionaires were put on lock down at the Riyadh Ritz Carlton – the world’s most luxurious prison. Then, we learned of his business trip to the States where he rented out the entire Plaza hotel, and the Four Seasons Beverly Hills. Historically 80k is a very, very good offer and hit in both 2022 and 2023. In 2021, we saw the offer hit an all time high of 100k. Who knows if that will ever come back.
