The Details:
- Earn 25k membership rewards after you spend $5k on qualified purchases between enrollment date and 10/5/2018
- Another 10k Membership Rewards after you spend an additional $5k.

The bonus points would be in addition to the earn rate on your spend, and remember, if you make a single purchase in excess of $5k you’d get a 50% bonus, so if you needed to make 2 purchases of $5k or more and you were targeted, you could walk away with 50k Membership Rewards.

Historically 80k is a very, very good offer and hit in both 2022 and 2023. In 2021, we saw the offer hit an all time high of 100k. Who knows if that will ever come back.

Annual fee is quite low at $95 a year + you get a 10% anniversary bonus on points + $50 hotel credit in Chase travel.
