When I lived in Los Angeles, one of my favorite hotels was the Langham Pasadena. In fact, I even hosted my 30th birthday on the property. If you’re unfamiliar with Langham hotels, there are currently 14 of them in the world and they exude an elegant, regal, timeless vibe. Historically 80k is a very, very good offer and hit in both 2022 and 2023. In 2021, we saw the offer hit an all time high of 100k. Who knows if that will ever come back.
