American Express Platinum has a plethora of benefits, and ironically one that I seldom use, but am using to write this, is a free Boingo Preferred Plan. Boingo is available at over 1 million hotspot locations around the world, and I’d recommend signing up fort his benefit while it’s still offered. Those who do so before 4/30/19 will enjoy the benefit through the rest of the year.
Effective May 1, 2019, Boingo Preferred Plan will no longer be a benefit on the Platinum Card®. Card Members who are enrolled in Boingo Preferred Plan as of 4/30/2019, will continue to have access to this benefit until 12/31/2019

Historically 60k is a very, very good offer. In 2021, we saw the offer hit an all time high of 100k. Who knows if that will ever come back. .
