An an advisor of Bilt I was at the 2.0 launch event in NYC. A few hours after launch I was told about the 5x promo and quickly changed my links since it was the best available offer. It lasted for about 24 hours and there has been a ton of issues with people getting the 5x. Some people got 5x promos that weren’t supposed, some that were supposed to get the 5x didn’t get it. A big problem it seems was that a TON of people were claiming to have applied via the link when they actually didn’t. They’ve developed a claims process that will feature a 5 day, 5x promo for those who qualify. You need to submit your information, and if you’re verified as having used the proper channels to apply, you’ll earn 5x on spend for 5 days from Feb 20th, or you can choose to have 5x on your first 5 days of spend from Feb 7th.
Sadly, in my best effort to provide you with the best offer, if you clicked on a link from my site for the 5x, rather than from TPG itself, it sounds like they won’t honor it. I’d reckon this goes for Frequent Miler as well who honors the best offers even when, in a case like this, we forego the affiliate commission to direct you the better deal. How strictly this will be enforced, I’m not sure.
You should have received a form to file your claim. The details of eligibility are below.

Cardholders who are confirmed by Bilt to meet the Eligibility Requirements will earn bonus points under the Alternative Promotional Offer (“Eligible Cardholders”) in accordance with their selection Alternative Promotional Offer Option. Option 1: Alternative 5-Day Promotional Period (February 20-24, 2026) For net purchases (defined as eligible purchases minus any returns, refunds, credits, or chargebacks applied to your account) made using a Bilt Card by an Eligible Cardholder from February 20, 2026 (12:00 a.m. ET) through February 24, 2026 (11:59 p.m. PT), Eligible Cardholders will earn a total of 5 Bilt Points per $1 spent, subject to the exclusions listed below. You can earn a maximum of 50,000 bonus points through this spending multiplier, regardless of how much you spend. The total applicable bonus points will be issued in a singular point deposit to your account and may take up to ten (10) days from the time the Eligibility Request Form closes to be deposited. Eligible Cardholders may select only one option above. Selections are final and cannot be reversed or changed. By selecting an Alternative Promotional Offer Option, the cardholder agrees that the Alternative Promotional Offer replaces the Original TPG Offer and that they forfeit any right to receive bonus points under the Original TPG Offer. Cardholders may not receive bonus points under both the Original TPG Offer and the Alternative Promotional Offer. If an Eligible Cardholder previously received bonus points under the Original TPG Offer (February 7-12, 2026) and elects Option 1 (the alternative period of February 20-24, 2026), any bonus points earned during the Original TPG Offer promotional period will be removed from their account before the Alternative Promotional Offer period begins. Eligible Cardholders cannot receive bonus points under both the Original Promotional Offer and the Alternative Promotional Offer. This Alternative Promotional Offer can be combined with any Welcome Bonus Points offered at the time of application and is dependent on the specific Bilt Card the Eligible Cardholder is approved for. After the promotional period, your standard rewards point earnings will apply. See the Bilt Rewards Card Offer Terms for Welcome Bonus details, spending requirements, and earning and benefits details. With the exception of any Welcome Bonus Points offered, this promotion cannot be combined with other promotions or offers unless otherwise stated.
