SLEEK SLEEK SLEEK…

The new First Class, designed by UK firm ForPeople, will make it’s debut with the new 787-9 on October 25th to Delhi, and it is quite the stunner. If you’re looking to hop on one, keep an eye out for the next round of flights heading to Abu Dhabi and Muscat on November 5th…after that’s it’s off to Kuala Lumpur in December and then finally to the U.S. in February via Austin, Texas. Living in Los Angeles, and making frequent trips to London, it might be worth routing through Austin just to experience such an incredible product!!!!  Check out the pics below…courtesy of DeZeen and British Airways

Did I mention the cabin is super sleek? Ok, maybe I did.

Clearly they have opted to keep the cabin open versus fully enclosed suites featured on competitors like Etihad and Singapore.

BA is clearly looking to set a new standard for their product and it’s place in the market. The biggest criticism in the travel blog community was that BA’s first class was really just a business class on steroids. With this new 1st class, they have their sights set on truly distinguishing themselves in the market.
