Chase has a 25% transfer bonus to JetBlue running until 1/10/24. Ordinarily I’d avoid this transfer since JetBlue has fixed redemption rates around 1.3c when you use them on their own flights, BUT this could be advantageous if you want to use them on Qatar Airways and fly business class. Early November 2023 JetBlue implemented the ability to redeem JetBlue TrueBlue points on Qatar Airways which changes this tranfser bonus if you were to utilize them for that redemption. Let’s take a look
Details
- Starts 11/25/23
- Ends 1/10/24
- 1000 Chase Ultimate Rewards = 1250 JetBlue TrueBlue Points
This video explains the booking Qatar Airways
Here is what a flight from the US to Doha is pricing at on JetBlue ( not all routes are loaded and avail – but east coast is 70k )
- this would mean you could fly this route for just 56k Chase Ultimate Rewards with a 25% transfer bonus

Overall
I wouldn’t transfer my Chase Ultimate Rewards to redeem on most JetBlue operated flights, but there is always a sweet spot that if you can make it work, it’s a great value. The Qatar Airways redemption is one of those.
