If you’re interested you need to:

  • Create an account with FIFA. To purchase available tickets, you will need to have a FIFA account, so we recommend testing this prior to ticket on-sale February 10th.
  • To purchase a ticket, starting February 10th  at 12pm ET through February 24, 2026 (or while supplies last), Sapphire cardmembers can get tickets by visiting chase.com/sapphireexperiences
  • From there, cardmembers will see a dedicated FIFA section that says “access tickets.”
  • After clicking “access ticket”, eligible cardmembers will be prompted to verify their cardmember status by entering their card number to view and purchase tickets.
  • Once they verify their eligible Chase Sapphire card on this site, they will receive a unique link that will redirect them to FIFA’s official website, where they will need to log into (or create) a FIFA account to view available tickets and complete their purchase through the official FIFA ticketing system. Be sure to save or copy the link just in case, as eligible cardmembers can only receive up to two links.
  • Each cardmember can buy up to four tickets per available match, and up to 40 total for the tournament, using their Chase Sapphire card.
  • Please note, tickets are not available for points redemption and must be purchased through the official FIFA ticketing system.

I do not see the World Cup as a sapphire experience. Any ideas why?

Oh my gosh! It shows sold out already – that’s why. Unbelievable!
