Singapore Airlines runs regular promotions called Spontaneous Escapes. Usually, these involve regional discounts on flights within Asia, sometimes a great deal to Europe or Australia, but this time around, they’ve discounted some pretty aspirational experiences. Between now and 30 September 2018, you can redeem your Krisflyer miles on Singapore’s brand new A350-900 ULR ( that means ULTRA LONG RANGE ) and spend up to 17 hours in Singapore’s business class for just 65k points.

THAT IS INSANE.

The dates this deal is valid

For travel from 11 October to 30 November 2018 inclusive, redeem your Premium Economy Class experience to New York at only the miles required for Economy Saver.

For travel from 1 November to 30 November 2018 inclusive, you will be able to enjoy the Premium Economy Class to Los Angeles at only the miles required for Economy Saver, and the Business Class product at only the miles required for Premium Economy Saver.

Here’s a look at the offer:

Don’t forget that Singapore is a transfer partner of Chase, Citi, and Amex

However, one thing to keep in mind is that miles do not transfer instantly. We’ve written posts on how long it takes to transfer with each program and an overall. You can read it here.

Also…remember not all seats are created equal on Singapore’s A350 Business

If possible, you’ll want to grab bulkhead or similarly configured seats featured on the right that provide a large platform for your feet, vs the seats on the left which require angling yourself and sliding your feet into a cubby.

These aren’t the only deals featured in Spontaneous Escapes – go here to read all of the ones currently featured on Singapore’s site.
