Targeted IHG Spring promotion
I received a targeted IHG Spring promotion today. IHG tailors promotions based on the habits of their guests, etc. I’m guessing my promotion isn’t the greatest because I don’t tend to stay in IHG properties all that often, but nevertheless, free points are free points. I can earn 8000 bonus points for 2 nights: 3000 points for the actual nights and 5000 points for paying with my IHG credit card. I went ahead and registered for the promotion, but doubt that I’ll end up paying to stay in an IHG 2 times before May 15th.

Historically 80k is a very, very good offer and hit in both 2022 and 2023. In 2021, we saw the offer hit an all time high of 100k. Who knows if that will ever come back.
