Use Wandering Aramean for a great Avios Calculator
I’m in the midst of figuring out how to get home from Dublin. I will be there in October with no current ticket booked to get back to Los Angeles and have been considering my options. There is a great r/t on American DUB-LAX through Chicago for roughly $600 in coach. If I purchased this ticket, I’d still have to get back later in the year so I’ve been checking out availability on the Dub-Bos route that Aer Lingus flies which can be had for 37,500 Avios. British Airways used to have a calculator that was excellent on their site, but it’s either gone, or I’m horrible at looking because I haven’t been able to find it in over a year. Since mid 2015, I’ve used Wandering Aramean for its great Avios Calculator.

Historically 80k is a very, very good offer and hit in both 2022 and 2023. In 2021, we saw the offer hit an all time high of 100k. Who knows if that will ever come back.
