POP Post: Japan Airlines First Class
Let’s be honest. Sometimes you don’t want to read a whole review. So we’ve created a new series called POP post: Pictures Only Post. Posts in this series will feature the product, minimal description, and focus on 5-10 Pics. A more detailed review will come in the following week or two, but here’s a quick look Miles’ experience onboard Japan Airlines First Class from NRT-ORD.
Miles used just 60,750 AA miles pre-devaluation to book this award and rebooked the ticket originating in Hanoi and ultimately ending in Indianapolis 5 times. As most of you know, the best times to find award tickets are 10+ months out, and less than 2 weeks in. Additionally, JAL releases the bulk of it’s award space within 14 days of departure. All the finessing was totally worth it as Miles, Dave, and I LOVED our flight home…and the 5 rounds of Maguro Nigiri we wolfed down at the First Class lounge in Tokyo.
