Review: British Airways Lounge Boston Terminal E

After my mom finding out the first destination…Beijing!!!! AND that she was flying on Cathay First with my dad!!!!!! We stopped in our first lounge: the brand new British Airways Lounge Boston. This is a part of BA’s new expansion at Logan in Terminal E. Apparently they built out the space to accomodate up to 3 A380s at one time! That’s pretty impressive. The lounge is very nice as well. Is it over the top? No. Does it have a lot of brand new seating and a champagne bar? Yes. It was also a great place to sit, have a sippy sip, and get excited for the flight! Here’s a look at the brand new British Airways Lounge Boston Terminal E

So who wore it best? I’m giving it to my mom 😉

After making your way down the hallway there is a check in area. It was so late that no one was there. Our flight left Boston at 1:45am and we entered the lounge around 11pm. It was quite empty.

The Deets:

  • When: April 2017
  • Where: Boston Logan, Terminal E 4th Floor
  • Access: First and Business Class customers
    • One World Sapphire
    • One World Emerald

Miles was so excited for the surprise trip.

And that the lounge was so empty.

The food options were non-existent, but there were many areas where it would be served. And plenty of seating options.

Snacks, beer, wine, and soft drinks.

I was really impressed with how the staff kept the food replenished even at such a late hour. Shortly after I snapped the pics I saw her come out with more food.

A special Concorde dining area for First Class passengers.

It was closed while we were there.

There was one shower. Somehow it was being used…THE WHOLE TIME. That’s a lot of shower.

Overall:

This is bright, new, and very solid business class lounge. I wish we’d visited when more food was available, but we had some great treats at the Intercontinental Boston before we headed to the airport. If you have time to kill before a flight you won’t be disappointed as British Airways did a nice job with the space.
