40% bonus on purchased Alaska Miles: $0.021 per point
I received an email with a new offer! Alaska Airlines Mileage Plan has put their miles on sale again. This happens every few months, and this time it’s a pretty good offer. Not quite as good as the 50% bonus on miles that I wrote about earlier this year, but still a very solid offer. You can get a 40% bonus on purchased Alaska Miles which equates to roughly $0.021 per point.
Now through December 31st get up to a 40% bonus on purchased Alaska miles
This is a tiered offer. The more you buy, the bigger your discount
As you can see below, it’s tiered into 4 categories.
- 1k – 9k: No bonus
- 10k-19k: 20% bonus
- 20-39k: 30% bonus
- 40-60k 40% bonus
And you can see the pricing: $1773.75 buys 84k points. This includes taxes and works out to be roughly $0.021 per point
Some of the best redemption options include flying Cathay Pacific and sooooooon Japan Airlines. We don’t know the chart for JAL yet, but hopefully it will be released in a timely fashion.
Fly to Asia for just 50k Alaska Airlines Miles in Business Class. One way, that’s about a grand with this promotion. Insane deal.
