Updated! The 65k Alaska Offer is now open to the public for September
It’s been reported on several blogs, but I spotted it on DOC, the offer that I detail in the post below is now available to the public. Up to 65k Alaska Miles after $8k in 6 months with a companion pass. Read below, but I’m seriously considering signing up myself – Alaska miles are very valuable and this is the BEST EVER. It used to be that Alaska never did more than 30k and this is more than double that. This is non-affiliate too – it’s just that good. Wish I had one.
Alaska Airlines has some of the very best airline miles in the business, so anytime a great offer comes along to accrue those miles quickly, we take notice. Case in point. Keep your eyes open for physical mailers that are offering a best ever 65k Alaska Airlines miles after $8k in 6 months. Let’s break down the offer, it requires more spend than the public 40k offer, but gives you extra time to do it. Personally, I’d go for this bad boy over the public offer, but I’m not 100% I’ll pull the trigger.
65k Alaska Airlines miles after $8k spend
You can apply for the card in two ways…either by going to alaskavisanow.com and entering in your promo code ( this one expires October 4th, 2020 ) or by mailing in the physical application.
- 40k Alaska Miles + companion fare ($121 ) after $2k spend in 3 months
- Another 25k Alaska Miles after spending a total of $8k in 6 months
- Free checked bag for you + 6 companions
- 50% off Alaska airlines lounge passes
- 20% off in flight purchases
Can you match to this offer if you recently got the card with a lower offer?
It’s possible to match with Bank of America so I’d certainly give it a go – it’s not a 100% and often comes down to the rep you get. Times are a bit weird these days – if you have, or have had, success, do me a favor and throw your experience in the comments section
