This may be what I need to book a ticket!
I’ve wanted to go to Iceland for quite some time, but haven’t prioritized the trip for a number of reasons. I have a little stash of American miles, and seeing that they will be running their retro-fitted 757 on this route may be just what I need to book a trip. Another reason…AA typically loads in quite bit a award avail right when the flight becomes available to book, and you can move around award flights free of charge as long, space is avail, and origin and destination remain the same.. See where I’m going with this?

AA’s new 757-200 will feature a business class similar to the A321T:
Overall:
I’m excited about this seasonal route, and have yet to even see their retrofitted 757-200 so it’d be a fun experience to enjoy as well. For a lot of people this could provide one of the best ways to access Iceland while using/crediting miles to a major U.S. carrier.
