Slew of Amex Offers targeting Fedex – up to 50% off

It’s the beginning of the year and we’re seeing progressively more Amex Offers loaded. A triple threat of FedEx Offers hit my account with one of them coming at a 50% discount! Absolutely massive if you’re planning on shipping things between now and June. Let’s take a look, and remember, you need to add the Amex Offer to your account to activate it, and pay with that card if you more than one Amex. The offer isn’t active across all Amex cards.

Why we love Amex Offers

I find throughout the year the savings that can be had by adding Amex Offers to your targeted cards can outweigh your annual fee without taking any other benefits into consideration. Maybe not the entirety of the $2000+ that I pay in Amex Annual fees from my 9 cards, but every bit helps. It’s worth noting that you don’t need to have an Amex that carries an annual fee to be targeted for Amex Offers either – for instance, an Amex Blue Business Plus is loaded with as many offers as my Amex Business Platinum.

Here are the 9 American Express Cards that I keep and links to their current offers and why we have them in our wallet and recommend your consideration.

Main Cast:

Cards that earn flexible points and should be used on the bulk of your purchases.

Supporting Cast:

Cards that earn fixed points in the currency of the airline/hotel and can not be transferred at attractive rates. These cards yield benefits that make it worth keeping, but not necessarily worth putting a lot of your everyday spend on.

The Chase Sapphire Preferred® is exceptional starter card and offers transferrable Ultimate Rewards, and pairs well with other Chase cards.

If you carry this card alongside Chase’s cashback cards like the Chase Freedom Flex®  and Chase Freedom Unlimited® or the business versions: Ink Business Cash® , Ink Business Unlimited® you can combine the points into Preferred account and transfer into hotel and airline partners

Annual fee is quite low at $95 a year + you get a 10% anniversary bonus on points + $50 hotel credit in Chase travel.
