Quick head’s up that is a bummer – Bilt Rewards is dropping the cap on earning double points on non-rent purchases on Rent Day to 1k from 10k on October 1st. This is in the new terms and conditions language. Obviously this is a negative impact to the double points benefit that earns members double points on the 1st of each month. It would have been much better to have this clearly communicated via an email than within terms and conditions. You can read those terms here

Historically 80k is a very, very good offer and hit in both 2022 and 2023. In 2021, we saw the offer hit an all time high of 100k. Who knows if that will ever come back.

Annual fee is quite low at $95 a year + you get a 10% anniversary bonus on points + $50 hotel credit in Chase travel.
