It’s long been joked that British Airways First Class is one of the best business class products in the sky. I’m not sure it’d rank in the top 3 if you consider Qatar’s QSuites, ANA The Room, and JAL’s newest business class, but hey… that’s the saying we’ve said for a long time. Several years ago British Airways debuted Club Suites, which in my opinion, are one of the best ways to fly from the US to Europe in business class. But… when they implemented Club Suites, they didn’t do anything notable with first class, but that has changed.
I’ve been fortunate to fly BA first class on numerous occasions
Here are the key points of British Airways new First Class Suite
- Will be unveiled on the A380 as part of their retrofit in 2026
- Wider, longer seats and 32in TV
- Buddy Dining
- Personal Luggage Space
- 60 inch walls
- Multi-purpose Ottoman
-
Involvement of Collins Aerospace, Muirhead, Replin, Amann Group, Trimite Global Coatings, MGR Foamtex, and Botany Weaving
The first class suites remind me a lot of Etihad’s First Class on the 777 with the 8 seats across two rows and the shape of the seats.
