Like American Express, Chase has offers that are targeted to each card you have, so make sure, if you have more than one, you’re checking card to see if you’re targeted. Amex has a similar Hyatt offer floating around targeting Park Hyatt, Small Luxury Hotels, and Thompson, but it’s great to see Hyatt’s cobrand partner Chase also offering incentives for stays.
This one is pretty straight forward, you need to spend $100 or more ( at most Hyatt hotels ) to trigger the 10% back, and it’s capped at $40 total return.
This offer expires March 3rd 2024, but I wouldn’t be surprised if we don’t see it pop up again later in the year.

Historically 80k is a very, very good offer and hit in both 2022 and 2023. In 2021, we saw the offer hit an all time high of 100k. Who knows if that will ever come back.

Annual fee is quite low at $95 a year + you get a 10% anniversary bonus on points + $50 hotel credit in Chase travel.
