Confirmation email from Alaska Air regarding 10k bonus miles
It’s been pretty widely reported that Alaska is massaging their loyalists with 10k bonus points. Not only do I love a good massage, but a points massage for the price of FREE is better than best. I received an email explaining what was going on, as I’m sure a lot of you have, and thought it’d be worthwhile for those looking for answers to read. I love the strategy that Alaska is employing: pimp out loyalty and customer appreciation. They are the nation’s 5th largest airline, but the ONLY one that still award miles based off of miles flown. I recently status matched to Alaska MVP Gold 75 and then they announced some incredible partner earn rates, great Japan Airlines award rates, and now this… I couldn’t be more excited to give them some business. Here’s my confirmation email from Alaska Air regarding 10k bonus miles.
A free points massage – score!
It’s worth noting that I do have an Elevate account, but I’ve never used it, nor did I link the two accounts.
I recently flew Japan Airlines First Class and LOVED it. I’m now proactively stocking up miles so I can do it again with Alaska’s competitive rates and free stopovers – BYAH!
