I recently had two different sets of 4 – 500 mile upgrades post to my account. So how long does it take for 500 mile upgrades to show up after taking the flight?
I took a flight that pushed me over the threshold on May 19th – the first set of 4 – 500 mile upgrades cleared my account on May 21st
Then I took another on June 3rd and that set cleared on June 5th
It looks as though it takes roughly 48 hours
from the time the flight ends for the 500 mile upgrades to show up in your account. Now I’m waiting with bated breath to see if my upgrades clear on an upcoming transcon…I’m not too hopeful, honestly. Earlier today there were 3 upgrades avail… now there are none AHHHHHHHHHHH. But there are 8 seats avail in biz…STAY AWAY EXEC PLATS!!!! STAY AWAY!!!! HISSSSSSSS HISSSSSSSS
Luckily my American Air Platinum status allows me free Main Cabin Extra and my Barclay Aviator gives me 25% off food and bev…but this is what I want
LIE FLAT!!!! FREE MOVIES!!!!! THE SWEET FEEL OF BEING BALLER
But I mean, Main Cabin Extra will be great too
