Turkish is a partner of Bilt Rewards, Citi Thank You, and Capital One Miles and can be very beneficial for those looking to fly within the US on United. The biggest barrier to entry when it came to using the Turkish Miles and Smiles program for redemption on partner awards was the antiquated and very clunky online booking portal that frequently doesn’t work.

Unlike most other airlines where results are comingled, in order to book partner awards, you need to differentiate that you intend to book a Star Alliance Partner Award.
Searching for United Atlanta to Chicago
As you can see down below, It’s just 7500 miles to fly Econ from Atlanta to Chicago. This is because Turkish has an amazing award chart for partner airlines within their own country, of which the US and United qualify.
These numbers are split in half if booking one, hence ATL to ORD being just 7500. This price would apply to flights to Hawaii, transcon ,etc as well.
Overall
It is now much, much easier to book with Turkish and utilize a great partner of Bilt, Citi, and Capital One.

Historically 80k is a very, very good offer and hit in both 2022 and 2023. In 2021, we saw the offer hit an all time high of 100k. Who knows if that will ever come back.
