I was messing around last night with American Express Pre-Qualified offers and stumbled upon a MUCH bigger referral bonus for American Express Business Platinum. Don’t settle for the crappy 15k offer on a 40k referral that typically populates your referral link within your profile. THIS IS TO GET 25k referral bonus points. Now that’s some bonus opportunities. Even if the person you’re referring this card to can’t make the 15k spend to hit the 100k bonus…it’s still a beneficial offer compared to the other typical referral. The one at the top of this post is 40k bonus points with $5k spend, and this one is 50k bonus points with the same $5k spend. Everyone wins and the person receiving the referral has the opportunity to earn 100k if they can push through more spend.

Historically 80k is a very, very good offer and hit in both 2022 and 2023. In 2021, we saw the offer hit an all time high of 100k. Who knows if that will ever come back.
