Review: Aurora Lounge Stockholm Arlanda
Before I get into the actual review…we arrived at the airport with well over 3 hours to spare. This is unnecessary as security/immigration is incredibly swift – akin to having TSA pre or priority. Unless you particularly want extra time in the lounge, or you’re overly concerned about missing your flight I don’t think THAT much time is necessary. Anyways…once you get through all of those schenangians you’ll find the Aurora Lounge Stockholm upstairs, above Starbucks, near gate 70.
The Deets:
- When: May 2017
- Where: Stockholm Arlanda, near gate 70
- Entry: Business Class ticket or Priority Pass membership
The lounge is in great shape
This shouldn’t be surprising as my quick experience with Sweden was extremely positive.
Various seating options were available around the lounge.
The Food Options were fair.
I’d already eaten at the Hilton Stockholm with my comped Diamond breakfast and wasn’t really hungry. I had some coffee and formatted some images from our stay. I’m eager to come back to Stockholm and do more exploring. What a beautiful place.
The big question with lounges is how much time would you spend?
This was a nice lounge to grab a snack, hit up the wifi, and relax before a flight. Would I get to the airport early to spend time here? No. Was it nice to have it before our flight? Absolutely. It’s well maintained, politely staffed, and is worth dropping in for a quick bite and an email check.
