2017 Freddie Awards! Don’t forget to vote!!
Randy Petersen, father of BoardingArea, started the Freddie Awards back in 1988 and has, as the website says, evolved into the “most prestigious member-generated awards in the travel loyalty industry.” It’s a very cool way for all of us to participate and vote. In fact, over 3.5 million votes are cast for the awards whose ceremony is on April 27, 2017. If you haven’t had the chance to make your voice heard, please do! 2017 Freddie Awards voting ends soon.
You have until March 31st to cast your vote!
The Freddie Awards ceremony takes place April 27, 2017 at the Hyatt Regency Jersey City on the Hudson
Here’s a little background snip it of The Freddie Awards. I’d highly recommend reading the whole history
Petersen named the awards for Sir Freddie Laker in honor of Laker’s pioneering marketing efforts and competitive spirit. Today, Freddie Award-winning frequent travel programs are the gold standard against which all others are judged, much like Sir Freddie himself.
