Southwest is well known to offer up award sales every few months ( you cancel, rebook, and save some money or points ). Now, American Airlines is getting in on the game, and as long as you’re willing to fly in April or May, on a Tues, Weds, or Sat…you can score an outstanding deal across many city pairs. Supposedly there are over 500k seats available on this sale, and you need to book by March 15th. I did a few quick searches and sure enough ( A LOT OF SPACE is open ). H/T FM

Historically 80k is a very, very good offer and hit in both 2022 and 2023. In 2021, we saw the offer hit an all time high of 100k. Who knows if that will ever come back.
