Miles rocked out with the BA crew from Dusseldorf to London

On our way to the weekend wedding in London we went through Dusseldorf. I loved that airport. I don’t know what I was expecting, but what greeted me when we got off the plane wasn’t it.  Amazing food was everywhere and beer flowed every which way the eye could see. I could have just been jetlagged, but everything looked beautiful, fresh, and delicious. I’m not going out on a limb by saying that Germany isn’t really known for its great pizzas and fresh tomato topped focaccia and yummy cheese. BUT IT WAS THERE. I didn’t feel like I was in an airport at all, but rather a farmer’s market that was the background for a Stella Artois ad.  I digress. The point is Miles and I were in very good moods.

We boarded our hour flight to London with big smiles.

We were met with an incredibly friendly crew. LIKE VERY VERY.  Miles just has a way with people. I think Malcolm Gladwell would call him a connector. Whatever the case…this flight was ripe for a tipping point: straight to fun.

First there was high tea!

Then James joined him!

And then he needed a meal. Made exclusively for him

After a quick bite…it was time for another photo shoot

Needless to say…this goes down as an incredible flight! Thanks so much everyone! We had a blast.
