Rumor Alert: Earn 10x at Amazon in Q4 with Chase Freedom
The reddit churning thread is at it again. This time with a rumored repeat offer from last year. If you’ll remember a year ago, you could earn 10x at Amazon in Q4 with Chase Freedom, well according to JonyIvy this deal is coming back again this year. Let’s take a look at what that offer looked like last year.
If you’ll remember, the 10x bonus was capped at $1500 and was IN ADDITION to the other 5x category bonuses.
As you can see, last year the promotion for Amazon was from November 23rd to December 15th.
Here’s what we already know about this year’s 5x Q4 categories for Chase Freedom
You will earn 5x points on up to $1500 worth of purchases in the following categories:
This would mean you could earn up to 22,500 Ultimate Rewards if you maxed out both offers
- 10x Amazon up to $1500 = 10×1500 = 15000 UR
- 5x Category up to $1500 = 5×1500 = 7500 UR
Don’t forget Chase Freedom is a Cash Back card. So the only way you can use as Ultimate Rewards is by having one of the following cards as well:
- Sapphire Preferred
- Sapphire Reserve
- Ink Plus
- Ink Bold
I love Ultimate Rewards. I’m looking to book some Singapore Air flights and would love to ride in this bad boy: Singapore Suites
Singapore is a 1:1 transfer partner of Chase Ultimate Rewards.
This is still a rumor. So fingers crossed it turns out to be true!
