I was working on an award booking for a client and stumbled upon what I think is the cheapest economy rates I’ve ever seen from the States to Europe. I quickly found LAX to London via San Francisco for just 14.5k points. Usually these tickets are 30k, but you could fly roundtrip in econ for less than the regular one way cost. These are married segments, but I also checked out of San Francisco direct and the price was still low at just 15.5k. If you’re looking for a cheap access point to Europe, this is one helluva deal, albeit in economy.
This seems to be United’s version of AA’s webspecials.
Here Is the same calendar out of San Fran
*United’s Premium Plus is pictured ( a bit more space then you’d get in their normal economy class )
