I’m in the market for a new computer and stumbled upon, what I believe, is the cheapest price we’ve seen for the M1 powered MacBook Air. Right now, Amazon has these bad boys starting at just $799 for the 256Gb and $1050 for the 512Gb. I’ve used a MacBook Air to blog on for the last 6 years, and the only thing I’d really note as a downside is the limited hard drive. I’ve loved mine and looking to get another one, but I’ve traveled with a LaCie to back everything up as well. Either way… if you’re looking to snag a great deal – this would be a great deal especially when stacked with using a single Amex point.
As a point of reference, here is what they’re pricing on Apple.com – $999 and $1249 respectively
MacBook Air 256GB for $799 – you can check it out here
MacBook Air 512 GB for $1050 – you can check it out here
Note that both of these are Sold by Amazon and Ships from Amazon which means you can stack it with Pay with Points
If you’re unfamiliar with pay with points then you can read this article where we detail all of them, but essentially it’s a program whereby you can use points to offset your Amazon order. The great thing, the discount is triggered regardless of how many points you use, so you can save up to 50% ( capped at $60 to 75 ) simply by using a single Amex point. Chase and Discover currently have deals as well.
