It’s time to register for IHG’s lucrative Accelerate promotion.
Accelerate is a quarterly promotion whereby IHG incentives stays with tiered promotional offers. If you fulfill a certain number of the offers, you’ll get an achievement bonus that “Accelerates” your earning even more. The new offers are out. At first glance, my offer isn’t as lucrative as my 4th quarter, 2017 offer, but I’d argue it’s an easier target to hit. Here’s a look at my 2018, Q1 offer where just 2 stays could net me 30,000 points.
Accelerate always gives you an achievement bonus
This time around I only have to hit 4 of 5 offers to earn the 12,900 bonus. Here’s how just 2 stays will do that
- There are two offers that require actual stays
- Stay at two Intercontinental hotels
- Stay 5 nights
- The other 3 offers can be had with just 1 stay
- Stay Once get 2,000 points
- Stay in NYC, Chicago, D.C., LA, Orlando, or San Fran
- Use my IHG credit card
This means that if I stay at two different Intercontinental hotels I’ll satisfy 1/2 stay offers, and as long as one of those stays is in a big city, and paid for with my IHG credit card I’ll fulfill the entire Accelerate promo. If I did one in January I’d get another 2k point bonus.
You can register here.
I’m very interested in hearing about your Accelerate offers.
