Happy New Year!

Again, we want to thank you for reading what we have to say for yet another year, and also, remind you that your referrals have restarted.  What this means is, if you’ve already left referrals on our dedicated referral pages, they will begin earning you a new round of bonuses. If you haven’t, this would be a great time to add your links.

How we use your links

A quick review as to how we use your referral links. We welcome you to leave your referral links in the comment section of posts whose content is orientated around referrals. You can leave them in the comment section, but if you want the most traction, I’d correlate your links to the post content. In other words, you’re more than welcome to leave an Amex Platinum referral on a Amex Gold post, but odds are people reading it will want the Gold card. You can generate a link for Gold with your platinum, so do the extra step and increase your odds of another reader using your link.

How we recycle featured links

Additionally, every few weeks we select a reader’s link to be inserted into the body of the post. This means you’ll get bonuses in a far heavier concentration since you’re featured. I start the year off with my own links, then work through my friends and family, but the referral pages get some good traffic so once they are all maxed out, I begin using your links. Amex maxes each card out at 55k, and referral bonuses vary from card to card, ranging from 5k to 20k per referral.

Here’s a list of pages where you should leave links that get the most hits. Not in any order.

We are all friends here, so let’s help each other earn some great points so we can take the trips we’ve always dreamed of, and inspire more and more people to see the world. We’d love it if you joined us on YouTube where we publish a new video every Tuesday at 2pm EST

Historically 80k is a very, very good offer and hit in both 2022 and 2023. In 2021, we saw the offer hit an all time high of 100k. Who knows if that will ever come back.

Main Cast:

Cards that earn flexible points and should be used on the bulk of your purchases.

Supporting Cast:

Cards that earn fixed points in the currency of the airline/hotel and can not be transferred at attractive rates. These cards yield benefits that make it worth keeping, but not necessarily worth putting a lot of your everyday spend on.

The Chase Sapphire Preferred® is exceptional starter card and offers transferrable Ultimate Rewards, and pairs well with other Chase cards.
