The Bilt Rewards July Rent benefit included a status match to Alaska MVP and Alaska MVP Gold status for Bilt Gold and Platinum members, respectively. It said it could take up to 6 weeks for the status to show up in your account, but mine has already triggered. This is great since I will now use my MVP status when I’m flying American to select seats and check bags. Woot woot!

Historically 80k is a very, very good offer and hit in both 2022 and 2023. In 2021, we saw the offer hit an all time high of 100k. Who knows if that will ever come back.

Annual fee is quite low at $95 a year + you get a 10% anniversary bonus on points + $50 hotel credit in Chase travel.
