Digital Keys make check-in SOOOOOOOO much easier. But…what if you’re traveling separately from your lovey dovey, best friend, or sibling that is habitually late? Hilton just solved that problem. They have rolled out Digital Key Share. You can send your digital key to up to 4 people and they can use the Hilton App to enter the room. Alongside this roll out, you’ll also get digital confirmation of space available upgrades starting 72 hours ahead of check-in allowing you to select your upgraded room to use your digital key for…I like it!. Let’s check out how it works

Hilton Digital Key Share – on multiple rooms

Once you’ve checked in, which you can do digitally, you can send up to 4 people a room key. This is done via text or email.

You can also manage more than one room

There is currently an 80k offer after $4k spend in 3 months available in branch, and up to 90k after $6k spend in 6 months. I suspect some version of this will be online soon if you don’t want the hassle of going into a branch.

We keep an up to date spreadsheet that lists the best ever offers: You can find that spreadsheet here.

Historically 60k is a very, very good offer. In 2021, we saw the offer hit an all time high of 100k. Who knows if that will ever come back. .

Main Cast:

Cards that earn flexible points and should be used on the bulk of your purchases.

Supporting Cast:

Cards that earn fixed points in the currency of the airline/hotel and can not be transferred at attractive rates. These cards yield benefits that make it worth keeping, but not necessarily worth putting a lot of your everyday spend on.
