Targeted: Take an Alaska Air Survey – Win 10k Points
Last year I hit Executive Platinum status with American Airlines. I used that to match to Alaska Airlines MVP75, and have given up on retaining my AA status. I love Alaska’s program. Their points are incredible, customer service is uber friendly, and I think they’ve been vey good at communicating their path and intentions with the Virgin America merger. It’s not unusual to have airlines ask you to take surveys…however it’s not often they attach that survey with the ability to earn points. Alaska sent me this email today asking me to participate in a 20 minute survey ( it took more like 10-15) and in appreciation, they would enter me in a raffle to win 10k miles.
Take a survey…enter to win 10k miles.
10 winners will be selected.
One interesting question and it made me wonder if there is a new Alaska card may be in the works…
Other airlines…Delta, United, and American all have PREMIUM credit cards that carry additional perks like
- spend x amount on the card and get x amount EQM
- or spend x amount and the revenue requirement of elite status is waived.
- get lounge access as part of the card
So maybe Alaska is thinking of introducing something that would be akin to their competitors domestically…
