Bilt Rewards Rent Day: April 2026
Paying your rent is always painful, so Bilt Rewards had the bright idea to make the first of the month a bit more fun and rewarding. So, a few years back, they launched a “RENT DAY” promo to reward Bilt Rewards members on the first of every month. ( I am a senior advisor and investor in the company ).
You DO NOT need the credit card to participate – all Bilt members can participate in the promos and bonuses ( Join Free! ).
I’ve been seriously impressed with how inventive the program has been with massive transfer bonuses, rent giveaways, and now Bilt Experiences. Last year we saw great transfer bonuses ( 75% to 150% )to Accor, LifeMiles, Hilton BA, Virgin, Southwest, FlyingBlue, and more.
January was a slow start with some Amazon bonuses, but then March with a killer offering up to 125% bonus to Japan Airlines. It’s now April and we’re seeing up to 125% bonus to their newest partner Wyndham Rewards.

April Rent Day – up to 125% bonus to Wyndham Rewards
It was just a couple of days ago when Bilt added Wyndham Rewards to their program and now we have a Rent Day bonus that if you were to use Bilt Cash to boost your transfer bonus you’d get 125% bonus. I did this in March with Japan Airlines and transferred over a massive amount of points thinking I’d use them on a big family trip to Japan. I don’t have any plans to transfer over any to Wyndham Rewards ( there is value with redemptions being split into 7500, 15k, and 30k tiers ).
- Blue: 25% bonus
- Silver: 50% bonus
- Gold: 75% bonus
- Platinum: 100% bonus
- Bilt Cash Upgrade: Members can use Bilt Cash to temporarily upgrade their status for $125 in Bilt Cash and access a higher tier promotion. Platinum Members will have an upgrade offer of up to 125%.
- Note: Members can only access one tier up (i.e., Blue → Silver)
- Members can transfer points to Wyndham Rewards on April 1 to receive the benefit.
- If members attempt to make transfers before Rent Day, a warning will pop up in the user flow

An Amazon Bonus
Members will get more value when they use their Bilt Points at checkout on Amazon.com to pay for all or part of their purchase on April 1.

Historically 80k is a very, very good offer and hit in both 2022 and 2023. In 2021, we saw the offer hit an all time high of 100k. Who knows if that will ever come back.
