Bilt Rewards Rent Day: Feb 2026

Paying your rent is always painful, so Bilt Rewards had the bright idea to make the first of the month a bit more fun and rewarding. So, a few years back, they launched a “RENT DAY” promo to reward Bilt Rewards members on the first of every month – this month’s promo is one I’ve participated in before, I moved a bunch of Bilt over to Accor last year when we saw a great bonus.     ( I am a senior advisor and investor in the company ).

You DO NOT need the credit card to participate – all Bilt members can participate in the promos and bonuses (  Join Free! ).

I’ve been seriously impressed with how inventive the program has been with massive transfer bonuses, rent giveaways, and now Bilt Experiences. Last year we saw great transfer bonuses ( 75% to 150% )to Accor, LifeMiles, Hilton BA, Virgin, Southwest, FlyingBlue, and more.

January was a slow start with some Amazon bonuses, but Feb is a killer offering up to 125% bonus to Accor.

  • Using Bilt Rewards:
    • Mortgage downpayment = 1.5 cents
    • Bilt Travel Portal = 1.25 cents
    • Student Loans = 1 cent
    • Amazon = 7/10 cent
    • Most gift cards = 7/10
    • Lyft = 7/10 cent
    • Rent = 5.5/10 cent
    • Transfer Partners = sky is the limit

Let’s take a look!

February Rent Day – up to 125% bonus to Accor

Accor has some of the best hotels in the world and usually Bilt has a 3:2 transfer ratio with them because Accor points are fixed in redemption value: every Accor point is worth €0.02 which is roughly $0.024. This is the first month that we see that Bilt Cash in effect allowing an increased transfer bonus to the next level of status…even giving Platinum a boost to 125%.

  • Blue: 25% bonus(6:5)
  • Silver: 50% bonus (1:1)
  • Gold: 75% bonus(6:7)
  • Platinum: 100% bonus (3:4)
  • New Bilt Cash Upgrade: For the first time, Bilt Members can use $75 of Bilt Cash to unlock the bonus of the next status tier. Platinum Members will be able to upgrade their bonus to125% (2:3)

I have Platinum status, and last year I moved points over with a 1:2 ratio and still have a ton of those points left. I likely won’t be taking advantage of this promo, but I have a few days to decide. I’d effectively be yielding 3.6 cents per Bilt point.

Accor has some amazing properties around the world including Raffles, Sofitel Legend, Fairmont, etc.

I stayed at the Sofitel Legend Panama in 2024. Incredibly stylish and beautiful hotels.

a pool with chairs and a building in the backgroundUsing Accor points for flights

The more little known use of Accor points is on flights. For instance… 80k Korean miles will fly you first class to Seoul. You’d need 160k Accor to do so, which is roughly 107k Bilt points with Platinum status boost. You could also transfer to FlyingBlue at a 1:1 ratio meaning this is a transfer bonus to them as well, along with FinnAir, Iberia, Virgin Australia, and more. You can find them all here.

a black and orange card with white text

You can pay rent via two different ways

  • The first, using their app to pay rent within their Bilt Alliance network.  They have partnerships with over 2 million properties across the country. If your building is a part of it, it’s super easy and streamlined.

But the 2nd way is a gamechanger.

  • You can use their no annual fee Bilt Mastercard® to pay your rent and earn points. The card even earns 2x on travel and 3x on dining with no annual fee. I’m not talking just within the alliance, but literally any landlord, anywhere in the United States.

My landlord doesn’t accept credit card.

If they don’t accept credit card…

  • Bilt will mail your landlord a check.
  • They even set it up so that you can use the Bilt Mastercard® to pay via ACH, Venmo, or PayPal

If you pay rent…it’s a complete no brainer.

Overall

Bilt Rewards Rent Day is an exceptional time to spend on your credit card if you have one, but also take advantage of all the promotions they offer.
