Honestly I’d love to just hook everyone up simultaneously, but I really connected with these stories and want to help people as much as possible. For those of you who didn’t win, don’t worry, I’ll be doing this again because, well it makes me feel good to know I can use a platform to help.

So here’s how it will work. I’ll start with Avi’s links – Avi is maxed out I will move on to JeffP and so and so forth. Thank you all, and hopefully we max people out quickly and I can redo the contest.

Amex has upped their referral offers ( Green is 50k, Gold 60k, and Platinum 75k ). My Amex Referral pages are getting hit hard which is why I want to feature a reader and max you out.  I get a lot of satisfaction out of helping readers get the most possible value from points and take the trips of their dreams.  So…tell me why I should use your Amex link in the body of my posts where they get the most attention. I love hearing about what you’ll use them for and where you might be headed once things return to normal.

If you just leave a link I won’t remove it, but I won’t choose you either – be creative! I’m going to put the winner in my Amex Gold post – I’d guess you will earn 55k points in less than a week depending on how lenient Amex is with approvals.

I’m going to pick a winner end of day Monday, September

Use me because I’ll be honest, I’m low on Amex points as I used 1.3 million of them back in May to transfer to Schwab. But I hope I can get some more for when the travel restrictions lift and fly me and the lady in ANA first class (Amex to VS transfer with bonus!) for our rescheduled honeymoon after our rescheduled wedding next year 🙂

Welp, 2020 was a bummer! Once we are able to travel again, I love to convert the MR’s to Delta and fly to Korea with my fiancee and propose to her in front of her family. I was hoping to go this year but, well, 2020 happened. It’s nice that you use your blog’s influence to help others. I’ve always appreciated that you stick to the meat of the blog and keep it travel related. Doing this is just another reason that sets you a bit ahead of some of the others. Thanks again.

Hey Zach! Thanks as always! I’m earning points/miles to be able to take each immediate family member to Europe and fly at least one way in biz/first!

Anywhere in Europe is the destination as I’m at the mercy of least amount of points/miles needed since I’m doing this on my own!

Really appreciate your efforts to educate as well as assist your readers in their travel endeavors.

I am active duty Army and recently welcomed our first child into the world. My wife is Czech and we would use the additional points to bring our baby to meet his grandparents and possibly a little get away while in Europe to somewhere unique to us such as Svalbard or the Faroe Islands.

Thank you for considering my link:

Miles & Zach…thank you for your generosity…my wife and I lead a non-profit and we were wondering how we could travel as we enter retirement age. Just this year we found out about the awesome benefits. Our adult children thought we were crazy! When I showed them a travel video with you and Liz (whom they love) I got instant street cred. Now they are authorized users on my wife Amex Gold card…LOL. My wife and I are planning a couple trips to Europe…Rome, Paris, and London. Also we can’t wait for a round the world trip using AMEX points in a couple years!

Thanks for once again offering to feature reader referral links.

My mission for 2021 is to spend as much time in 747 and A380 First and Business as I can. I’ve never flown the A380, I’ve had far too little time on the 747, and both are going out of style like nobody’s business. Since Amex MR transfer to Singapore, Etihad, Emirates, etc. I see some nice trips to Asia in my future. Just need to up the points balance to get there… Thanks!

As always, thanks for what you do for your readers…it’s much appreciated. My Mom’s 90th birthday was this last February 2nd, but we didn’t get to go to Alaska in June as we had planned due to her having a knee replacement (and Covid worries). This coming year for her 91st, I hope to be able to get us on her 90th birthday trip, albeit a year late. Thanks so much!

1st and foremost Thank you to Monkey Miles! During the turbulent days of COVID monkey miles has been a lifeline in streamlining the miles and points process, and do’s and don’s.

As a physician in a large downtown city, to say our business has been upended would be an understatement. We have had several staff and hospital workers infected and quarantined. Fortunately we have been able to stay open and are now at 80% capacity, and importantly, everyone is healthy. With the aid of a PPP loan, we were able to keep everyone employed even when we at 15% capacity in April and May. I am so looking forward to vacationing with my family next summer in Italy! I am optimistic that with good medical care, an effective vaccine, and widespread use of that vaccine that next summer we will all begin to slowly return to normal.

Thanks again to Monkey Miles for this opportunity

Please consider using my links for the AMEX Gold, and AMEX Platinum Business. I love both cards for different reasons. It really his a win/win for us both.

Just trying to fly see my family when it’s safe to do so again. Will it be this holiday season or later? Who knows. But having points and miles gives me hope for a better and simpler time. Thanks in advance!

  • Avi September 13, 2020

Thanks for this opportunity, opportunity to share referral links are always appreciated 🙂

I’m an Indian in the US and my grandfather passed away just about a month ago. I need to fly back to India because my family needs me there but with COVID that’s extremely difficult given that I am at risk and there are reduced operations (UA and AI are essentially my only options). Plus I have a service animal which makes it almost essential to fly in business class (and as a recent college grad I don’t have a lot of money or points/miles to make a business class trip easy).

I’ve been investing in points by paying my rent, etc with plastiq but would absolutely appreciate some referral bonuses to help me get to my goal (150k MR for a RT in UA/AI using NH miles transferred from Amex)

Well, first off, thanks for this, it’s incredibly generous.

My wife is active duty Navy, she will likely retire in 2 years, just as my daughter will graduate from high school and as my son will start. As a celebration of all the good things happening in our lives during the summer of 2022 I really want us, as a family, to take a month or so and travel around the world. Presuming, of course, we’ll be able to by then.

The single best way to do this will be on miles and points, and we’re accumulating all the points we can now using organic spend, getting a few referral bonuses would help immensely.

    Thanks!
