Keep an eye out for the snail mail screeners! A reader just shot me this snap of an 90k Chase Sapphire Preferred targeted offer he received in the mail. Looks as though it offer 90k Ultimate Rewards after $4k in purchases in the first 3 months which is better than the 75k online and 85k in branch ( which requires increased spend).
This is similar to the offer we saw floating around in 2020 that was public. Needless to say, if you receive one of these, and you qualify ( the 48 month rule looks to still be in effect ) – it’s a fantastic offer. If I were to get one, I’d hop on it real quick!

Historically 80k is a very, very good offer and hit in both 2022 and 2023. In 2021, we saw the offer hit an all time high of 100k. Who knows if that will ever come back.
